The Vineyard project site is located near the epicenter of wealth in Southern Coachella Valley. In a seven-mile semi-radius west of the project site, virtually the entire area is home to median household incomes in the highest range measured ($59,000-$119,000). Additionally to the south within a five-mile semi-radius is an area entirely of income in the top bracket that coincides with the ‘captive retail audience’ that has few current retail options.
